DESIGN
Every good design is based on the client's needs and desires, and the architect's capability to translate these in cost-effective, practical solutions. Our ARB architect has experience in both commercial and residential buildings. Every detail is designed with care and passion.
ENGINEERING
Structural design, civil engineering, mechanical and electrical design. Special focus is dedicated to solar power and wind power. Every building is designed or restored in compliance with energy performance regulations (Part L equivalent). We can issue the energy performance certificate for every type of building.
STATUTORY PERMISSION
Working with Italian Local Authorities and legislations is not an easy task. The process can be difficult and lengthy. Every project can be different and an accurate assessment of the permissions needed is fundamental. We take care of all the statutory requirements, at every stage, whether it's a "Concessione edilizia" or just DIA (Dichiarazione di Inizio Attività).
PROJECT MANAGEMENT
Once the permissions are finalized, the project will be tendered out to a list of selected contractors. After starting on site, the works will be constantly supervised. Every fortnight you will have an update on the on-site progress.
QUANTITY SURVEY
All the expenditures will be previously approved by the client at early stage, and constantly monitored. A Bill of Quantities will be issued to the client and eventually altered only with the approval of the client.
