Internal restoration
This is a small stone-built end of terrace. The external walls were structurally sound, however we had to deal with humidity causing wet walls, especially at ground floor level. The roof needed maintenance work. Some of the timber beams to intermediate floors have been replaced. The ground floor has been lowered, to gain more head height. The house is under a complete internal refurbishment.
