Feasibility study for new buildings
Main villa and caretaker accommodation. The plot of land has a beautiful view of the Ionian coast. This had an effect on the design of the main house, which was positioned to make the most of this view. Modern materials were combined with the tradition. The design takes inspiration from one of the architectural style of Southern Italy, characterized by Mediterranean elements like the flat roof, the timber pergola, the white pillars of Moresque tradition and the covered patio with arches. Whitewashed walls are used together with earthy colours and stone.
