Projects for new development
This is a study for a 4-units development. Each unit is a detached house with underground double garage and cellar, living space at ground floor and bedrooms at first floor. The construction is reinforced concrete structure with insulated pre-fab panels as external walls. Particular attention was given to the energy loss performance. In fact, the building is designed to minimize the energy consumption. The heating is powered by solar system, with solar panels integrated into the pitch roof.
